Gutek is a 20-year-old gelding who, over the past two springs, has struggled with the same symptoms, nasal discharge, listlessness, and persistent head shaking, caused by sinus inflammation. The first time, the situation was serious enough that surgical sinus cleaning was being considered.
The following case study, prepared by the owner, who is also an employee of the Department of Horse Breeding and Use at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, describes the course of both episodes and the effects of introducing Hempqualizer+ when the symptoms recurred.
Gelding, sp, 20 years old.
Last year, in spring, the horse's health noticeably deteriorated. Nasal discharge appeared, along with listlessness and head shaking indicating significant discomfort. Examinations carried out by the veterinarian revealed extensive inflammatory changes in the sinuses. The situation was serious enough that surgery to clean the sinuses was being considered. Given the horse's age, the owner asked to first try a less invasive treatment. After the medication was administered, the nasal discharge disappeared and the head shaking stopped.
This year, in spring, the symptoms returned in the form of head shaking and clear weakness in the horse. This time, the owner decided to introduce Hempqualizer+. Within the first few days, a noticeable improvement in the horse's wellbeing could already be seen, and after completing the full course, all symptoms resolved.
