30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at office@hempqualizer.pl. Returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

Right of Withdrawal – Exception for Supplements and Feeds
Pursuant to Article 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 and Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal in respect of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
Therefore, dietary supplements and animal feeds cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. A customer who opens the original packaging of the product forfeits the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period.
Summary:

• The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the product is in its original, unopened packaging.

• If the packaging has been opened after delivery, the right to return the product no longer applies.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
